Using the website

Bageshwar Arpan provides an online catalogue, cart, checkout, account features and operational services connected with the Dham store. A user must provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful purposes and have legal capacity to enter the transaction or act through a parent or guardian.

Do not attempt to access staff functions without authorisation, interfere with security or availability, scrape the service at harmful scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or use the content to mislead others.

Products, images and availability

We aim to present accurate names, descriptions, materials, measurements, images, variants, prices and stock. Screen settings, lighting, handmade work, natural materials and individual Bhakt Arpan pieces can produce reasonable variation. Product images should be read together with the written listing.

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. Stock is checked again during checkout. Limited and unique items may become unavailable before an order is confirmed, in which case the affected item or order may be cancelled and any captured payment refunded.

Pricing, taxes and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are GST-inclusive where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Shipping, Cash on Delivery fees, discounts and the final payable total are displayed before order placement.
• Online payments are handled by the displayed payment provider. Customers must not share card PINs, CVV, UPI PINs or OTPs with Bageshwar Arpan staff or couriers.
• A pricing, tax, discount or listing error may be corrected before fulfilment. We will request confirmation for a material change or cancel and refund the affected order.

Order acceptance and cancellation

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request, not unconditional acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for fulfilment or dispatch it. We may verify identity, payment, address, serviceability, stock or unusual activity before acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order for stock discrepancy, unsupported address, suspected fraud or resale abuse, pricing error, payment failure, legal restriction, safety concern or an event outside reasonable control. Captured payment for a cancelled item will be refunded under the Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Processing, delivery, tracking and failed-delivery terms are set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Voluntary returns and change-of-mind exchanges are not accepted. Defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious or materially misdescribed goods are handled under the Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Accounts and communications

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Staff access is role-based, monitored and limited to authorised work. We may suspend access that presents a security, fraud or compliance risk.

By placing an order or sending an enquiry, a user authorises transactional messages needed to confirm, fulfil and support that request. Marketing messages are optional and can be stopped separately.

Intellectual property and external links

The Bageshwar Arpan name, site design, written content, product photography and original media are protected to the extent allowed by law. They may not be reproduced for commercial use or used to suggest endorsement without permission.

Links to maps, payment pages, carrier tracking or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their availability, content and independent terms are controlled by those providers.

Liability and force majeure

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disaster, severe weather, epidemic, civil restriction, transport or network failure, carrier disruption, power outage, labour disruption, government action or major Dham-event access controls. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicate a material delay.

Governing law, grievances and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer jurisdiction rights, disputes are subject to the courts and competent forums serving Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. Before formal proceedings, please contact the grievance team so the matter can be reviewed promptly.

We may update these terms prospectively when the store, technology or legal requirements change. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless a mandatory legal change applies otherwise.
